U HEAL Project Assistant - CARE Poland
Location: Warsaw, Poland
10,000 - 11,000 PLN gross/monthly
The Project Assistant will support the implementation and administration of the "Upskilling Ukrainian Healthcare Experts for Advancement and Livelihoods " project. This role involves assisting the Project Manager in the coordination and execution of project activities, conducting registration and interviews with project participants, maintaining project documentation, and providing administrative support. The Project Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication between project participants and other project stakeholders. Based in Warsaw, Poland and under direct line management of Project Manager, she will keep individual development plans (case files) of project participants, maintain project documents, ensuring that all project activities are documented and reported in a timely manner.
Your responsibilities
- Assists the Project Manager in coordinating day-to-day project activities;
- Conducts registration and meetings with project participants;
- Ensure that all project activities are documented and reported in a timely manner;
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation, including beneficiary data, case files;
- Ensures that all documentation is stored securely and is accessible to the project team;
- Assists in the preparation and submission of project report and presentations to donors and stakeholders;
- Supports the development and dissemination of project communication materials;
- Assists in maintaining relationships with project participants through regular communication;
- Responds to inquiries from project participants.
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. - Minimum of two years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Good understanding of Polish and English;
- Fluency in Ukrainian and/or Russian.
