Purpose of the role
The purpose of a Quality Assurance (QA) role is to ensure products and services meet specific quality standards, customer expectations, and industry requirements by systematically preventing defects and identifying issues early in the development process. QA professionals achieve this through testing (manual/automated), process improvement, bug reporting, and collaboration with developers to deliver reliable, high-performing, and user-friendly final products, thereby protecting organization reputation and boosting customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Analyzing, designing, implementing and executing test cases by manual test methods
• Develop and maintain test automation for a complex platform
• Contribute in defining the overall test plan & approach for team
• Work actively with the whole team to secure high quality of the delivery
• Report, handle and verify defects
• Recommending appropriate actions for test results
• Close cooperation with Developers and DevOps on a daily basis • Help troubleshoot issues
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Communicating with the Product Owner and project stakeholders
• Continuous improvement of work

Requirements:
• You have at least 1 year experience in similar position
• Experience in writing automated tests is welcome and this is the direction in which you want to develop
• You can think analytically and clearly present and justify your opinion
• You understand the difference between quality assurance and testing
• You are patient, accurate and consistent in action
• You are looking for new challenges
• Can talk freely in English (or on a communicative level, but want to develop your language skills)
• You want to share knowledge as well as learn from others
