Next Engineers is a global post-secondary and career-readiness initiative designed to increase the diversity of young people pursuing engineering pathways. Funded by the GE Aerospace Foundation and managed by FHI 360, an international nonprofit organization, the program provides youth with early exposure to engineering concepts and careers. Next Engineers is implemented by FHI 360 and local partners in multiple countries, including the United States, South Africa, and the United Kingdom. The program launched in Warsaw, Poland in 2025 and is implemented by FHI 360’s local Community Partner, Perspektywy Education Foundation, with activities continuing through 2029.
