MSF’s Operational Center in Brussels operating in Poland since the outbreak of the war in Ukraine is looking for candidates for the following position:

Teleconsultation Coordinator (Non‑Clinical Role)

Location: Poland
Contract type: Employment contract (umowa o pracę), part‑time 
Working hours: Flexible, mainly late afternoons and evenings and occasional weekends, when urgently required

Purpose of the position

The Teleconsultation Coordinator supports the functioning of a medical teleconsultation system by coordinating external physicians and mediators, ensuring technical readiness of consultations, managing documentation, and providing structured ‑follow-up. This role is exclusively administrative and logistical in nature and does not involve providing health services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating teleconsultations with external physicians
• Liaising with cultural and linguistic mediators
• Setting up and managing the teleconsultation platform and handling technical issues
• Being available during teleconsultations to ensure smooth coordination, providing logistical and technical support (e.g. resolving connectivity issues) 
• Collecting and translating consultation summaries/reports from Polish into English and vice versa
• Supporting follow‑up case management (e.g. medication procurement, referrals), without providing medical advice

Required Competencies

• Fluency in Polish and English (written and oral)
• Strong digital and technical coordination skills
• Familiarity with medical terminology sufficient to understand and accurately relay information
• High organizational skills and attention to confidentiality
• Flexibility regarding working hours

Assets:

• Knowledge of Russian
• Experience in medical coordination, telemedicine, or NGO environments

Working Conditions

Due to the availability of external doctors, consultations typically take place outside standard office hours, including evenings and occasional weekends.

Workplace: Warsaw or Biała Podlaska

Desired date of start: May 2026

Length of contract: 3 months, with possibility of extension

Gross monthly remuneration: PLN 7,350 for 0.5 FTE/pół etatu
