Plan International Poland, one of the oldest and largest children’s development and humanitarian organisations in the world. It works to advance children’s rights and equality for girls in over 75 countries with an annual budget of €910m and over 50 million children participating in Plan International-supported programmes. Plan International has extensive experience in advocating for gender equality and girls’ rights with the government, civil society, UN and other INGO actors.
Plan International Poland is seeking qualified companies to submit a quotation proposal for the establishment of a short-term agreement of 10 months, based on an hourly rate for the completion of the tasks

Interested companies shall submit the following:
Annexe A signed
Annexe B duly filled in, signed( please send it both in Excel and PDF)
Annexe C signed
Annexe D filled and signed
Environmental compliance certificates, accreditations, markings/labels and other evidence which contribute to ecological sustainability and reduction of adverse environmental impact;
Payment is made following successful delivery.
Deadline for quotation submission: 14.05.2026, COB.
