We visit towns and villages in Mazovia with a specially equipped van, organising free sports and social integration activities for multicultural communities, migrants, refugees and local residents.

We are looking for a person who will join the Mobile Clubhouse team, which reaches areas where access to free sport activities is limited. We need someone who enjoys working with people, is not afraid of travelling to different locations and wants to use sport as a tool for positive social change.

In Foundation for Freedom we believe that sport builds a sense of belonging, trust and social cohesion. We are a part of global KLABU team (klabu.org).

What we offer:

• part-time job contract (0.5 FTE),

• three-month probationary period,

• followed by a job contract until June 2029 with the possibility of extension,

• salary: PLN 3,500–4,000 gross,

• start date: mid-September 2026,

• working as part of a small team with the supervision of a project coordinator,

• a chance to work in an interdisciplinary and multicultural team,

• training and opportunities for professional development in coaching and community work,

• an opportunity to help develop a new sports and inclusion programme in collaboration with international partners,

• the Medicover Sport package.

Duties:

• co-leading sport sessions and social integration activities for children, young people, adults and seniors in multicultural communities across the Mazovia region (an average of two trips per week),

• building relationships with local communities and project partners,

• co-organising events and outreach activities,

• participating in the team’s day-to-day organisation (our office is located in Warsaw).

We are looking for a person:

• with qualifications or experience as a sports coach (team sports is particularly welcome),
• ready to travel regularly for work, including rural areas (Mazovia region; locations will sometimes change during the project),
• is available to work on Saturdays,
• is available to work outside standard working hours,
• is good at working with people, can build relationships, and is independent and responsible.

Knowledge of Polish language is not essential! If you are fluent in two or more languages and are comfortable working with people from different cultures, we encourage you to apply.

An additional advantage would be:

• a Cat. B driving licence and the ability to drive a van (or a willingness to learn),

• experience of working with children and young people,

• experience of working with local communities, migrants or refugees,

• experience of organising events or implementing field projects,

• a belief that sport can be an effective tool for integration and social change.
