Right to Protection (hereinafter referred to as the "Foundation") is a humanitarian non-governmental organization dedicated to providing assistance to people with migration experience, beneficiaries of temporary protection, individuals in need of international protection, stateless persons, persons at risk of statelessness, and undocumented individuals.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project aims to provide Ukrainian nationals residing in European countries with access to reliable information, individualized counselling, and support necessary to enable informed and voluntary decisions about their future.

The project establishes a Regional Counselling and Referral Network that connects counselling services provided across European countries with the support and reintegration system available in Ukraine.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual legal consultations to foreign nationals.
• Deliver legal advice on migration law, labour law, and issues related to residence and employment legalization.
• Provide legal advice on Ukrainian law, particularly civil law and legal matters concerning internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Ukraine.
• Draft legal documents, including applications, appeals, motions, and other legal correspondence.
• Monitor changes in legislation and provide ongoing legal support to beneficiaries.
• Cooperate with the project team and participate in the implementation of projects and educational activities.

Requirements

• University degree in Law or International Law.
• Knowledge of international human rights protection standards and experience in this field; familiarity with the case law of the European Court of Human Rights will be considered an advantage.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position (preferably within the humanitarian sector); previous managerial experience will be considered an asset.
• Fluency in Ukrainian is mandatory.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
